Cooked quinoa (35%), steamed broccoli florets (20%), roasted butternut squash (15%), cherry tomatoes (10%), red bell pepper (8%), red onion (5%), olive oil (3%), lemon juice (2%), fresh parsley (1%), garlic (0.5%), sea salt (0.5%).

Prep: Remove the sleeve and poke several holes in the film.
Heat: Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Stir: Stir the contents gently, then heat for 1 additional minute.
Serve: Let it sit for 1 minute to cool slightly before serving.

• Keep refrigerated at 0 - 4°C (or ≤5°C). Consume within 2–3 days of opening.
• Freezing: Suitable for freezing before opening. Freeze immediately on day of purchase if not using. If frozen, store at -18°Cor below and use within 1 month.
• Thawing & Use: Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before reheating. Once thawed, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
• Reheating: Reheat thoroughly before consumption.
