Cookly Account Deletion Request
At Cookly, we respect your privacy and your control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your Cookly account and the data associated with it, you can submit a request using the form below.
Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal information from our systems, except for data we are legally required to retain (such as certain transaction records for accounting or regulatory purposes).
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your deletion request is processed:
• Your Cookly account will be permanently deleted
• Your profile information will be removed
• Your order history and saved preferences will be deleted
• Any stored delivery addresses and contact details will be removed
• You will no longer be able to access the Cookly app or website using this account
Important: Account deletion cannot be undone. If you wish to use Cookly again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
Subscriptions and Billing
If you have any active subscriptions or recurring payments associated with your account, please cancel them before submitting a deletion request.
Account Deletion Processing Time
After submitting your request:
• We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
• Your account will typically be deleted within 3–7 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
