Usage and Heating Instructions

Prep: Remove the lid.
Heat: Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Serve: Let it sit for 1 minute to cool slightly before serving.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated at 0 - 4°C (or ≤5°C). Consume within 2–3 days of opening.
Freezing: Suitable for freezing before opening. If you do not plan to use the product, freeze it immediately upon receipt. Once frozen, store at -18°C or below.
Thawing & Use: Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before reheating. Once thawed, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
Reheating: Reheat thoroughly before consumption.

Delicious healthy Lentil Curry that is a lovely consistency, mild in flavour, and not overly salted. Paired with rice and chicken it rounded out our meal perfectly. Portion size for 2-3 fed our group of 3 perfectly.
