Lamb Shanks

Lamb shanks (55%), jus (20%) water, beef stock, onions, garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, carrots (8%), potatoes (7%), onions (5%), celery (3%), olive oil (1%), salt, black pepper, garlic powder.

Prep: Remove the sleeve and poke several holes in the film.
Heat: Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Stir: Stir the contents gently, then heat for 1 additional minute.
Serve: Let it sit for 1 minute to cool slightly before serving.

Keep refrigerated at 0 - 4°C (or ≤5°C). Consume within 2–3 days of opening.
Freezing: Suitable for freezing before opening. Freeze immediately on day of purchase if not using. If frozen, store at -18°C or below and use within 1 month.
Thawing & Use: Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before reheating. Once thawed, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
Reheating: Reheat thoroughly before consumption.

Contents will be hot after heating.
