Slow Poached Lamb

Lamb shoulder (60%), water, onions (8%), carrots (7%), celery (5%), garlic (2%), rosemary (1%), thyme (0.5%), olive oil (4%), tomato paste (2%), salt, black pepper, cornflour, natural lamb stock (1%).

Prep: Remove the sleeve and poke several holes in the film.
Heat: Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Stir: Stir the contents gently, then heat for 1 additional minute.
Serve: Let it sit for 1 minute to cool slightly before serving.

Note: Heating times are a guide and may vary by microwave.

Keep refrigerated at 0 - 4°C (or ≤5°C). Consume within 2–3 days of opening.
Freezing: Suitable for freezing before opening. Freeze immediately on day of purchase if not using. If frozen, store at -18°C or below and use within 1 month.
Thawing & Use: Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before reheating. Once thawed, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
Reheating: Reheat thoroughly before consumption.

Contents will be hot after heating.
